The Marangu Route (5–6 days) is the shortest and easiest path up Kilimanjaro, though its fast ascent gives it a lower summit success rate. Known as the “Coca‑Cola Route,” it is the only trail that offers hut accommodation instead of tents, with gentle but less scenic trails. It’s ideal for budget climbers, beginners, and travelers who prefer the comfort of mountain huts.
