Your Tanzania safari begins in Zanzibar with a scenic flight to Arusha, the gateway to the Northern Safari Circuit. From here, explore Lake Manyara National Park before continuing to the world‑famous Serengeti, the best place to witness the Great Migration and enjoy exceptional Big Five game viewing.

Your journey then takes you to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most wildlife‑rich ecosystems, followed by Tarangire National Park, known for its giant elephant herds and iconic baobab trees.

After your safari, fly back to Zanzibar, the Spice Island, to unwind on pristine beaches. This itinerary delivers the ultimate African experience breathtaking landscapes, abundant wildlife, diverse activities, warm tropical weather and exceptional accommodations.

Day 1: Fly from Zanzibar to Arusha - Lake Manyara

You will be transferred early in the morning to Zanzibar Airport for a flight to Arusha. You will be met and assisted at the airport and receive a safari briefing before you head to Lake Manyara Park for a full-day game drive. Lake Manyara is a shallow, alkaline lake at the base of the Western Rift Valley escarpment. The park has a remarkable variety of habitats in a small area. The park entrance leads to a beautiful groundwater forest. Other habitats include the grassy floodplain, rocky escarpment, and acacia woodland. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at Bougainvillea Lodge or Similar.

Day 2: Manyara to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will drive to Serengeti via Ngorongoro and later depart to the most celebrated wildlife park in the world with a packed lunch, the Serengeti. The drive will take you to the midst of the endless plains of grassland. Serengeti means the "endless plain" in the local African language. Watching the grassland stretch out as far as the eye can see and eventually merge with the sky at the horizon, is an absolutely breathtaking view. The Serengeti is home to the glorious Big 5 (elephant, lion, cheetah, leopard, and rhino). Along with the Big 5, a very pleasant sighting would be one of the most beautiful animals, the impala. The ecosystem supports the greatest remaining concentration of plains game in Africa. The eventful day comes to an end after taking a hot shower, A very nice dinner, and a good rest after another eventful day. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at Serengeti Acacia Camps or Similar.

Day 3: Manyara to Serengeti National Park

You will notice wildlife trails made by generations of animals impossible to see from the ground. After breakfast, you will continue with a game drive and have a picnic lunch in the afternoon. The Serengeti National Park derives its name from the Maasai language meaning "endless plain". This massive plain (14,763 sq km) is a natural habitat for many animals and birdlife. In many cases, migrations take place around the Serengeti. Millions of wildebeest and zebra mingle together followed by predators. There will be 2 sessions of super Jeep game safaris that take you to vantage points to witness this great phenomenon that you can't find anywhere else in the world. A very nice dinner, and a good rest after another eventful day. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at Serengeti Acacia Camps or Similar.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater

Have an early breakfast and then drive to Ngorongoro for a full-day crater tour and a stunning wildlife experience. One of Africa's premier attractions, the Ngorongoro Crater is a world-renowned wonder and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The game drive in this area features the 610m-deep crater which was formed 3 million years ago due to a large volcano that exploded and collapsed, creating a natural amphitheater. It is home to over 30,000 animals, and you have a chance to witness the Big Five in their natural habitat.Dinner and your overnight stay will be at Marera Lodge or Similar.

Day 5: Tarangire National Park

You will be driving to Tarangire Park via the Manyara Escarpment for a full-day game drive. Tarangire covers 2,850 sq km and runs along the Tarangire River. This park is famous for its huge population of elephants, diverse wildlife, and also the baobab trees. Game drives through Tarangire National Park are particularly thrilling during the dry season as the wildlife clusters closer to the Tarangire River. This offers a great opportunity to see plenty of animals in one place and to witness the predator-prey relationship in action. Overnight at Lake Burunge tented Camp or Similar .

Day 6: Fly back to Zanzibar or Dar es Salaam

No rush, breakfast at leisure, and you will be transferred to Arusha Airport for your return leg to Zanzibar. Upon arrival in Zanzibar, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
